Zbigniew Gnatek, based in Sydney, has been making classical guitars since 1995. He studied classical guitar in Europe and Australia and holds a bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He also has an extensive background in acoustics with a degree in Audio Engineering.
Zbigniew combines the modern Australian lattice design with the refined traditional European artistry. Gnatek guitars are amongst the world’s most advanced in design, construction and craftsmanship.
Many prominent guitarists testify to this by performing and recording with Gnatek guitars. Some of them are: Costas Cotsiolis (Greece), Rafael Aguirre Minarro (Spain), Artyom Dervoed (Russia), Ruben Bettencourt (Portugal), Alen Garagic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Jan Depreter (Belgium), Pedro Rodrigues (Portugal), Krzysztof Pelech (Poland).
