Guitar Salon Vadya ships guitars, cases and accessories from Škofljica, Slovenia, to customers throughout Europe and worldwide.

Each shipment is arranged individually according to the destination, instrument, package size and available carrier service.

FREE EU SHIPPING OVER €1,500

Free standard shipping is available within the European Union for every guitar priced above €1,500.

For guitars priced at €1,500 or below, cases, accessories and other products, shipping costs depend on the destination and package size.

PACKAGING AND DISPATCH

Every guitar is carefully inspected before dispatch and professionally packed for transport. Instruments are shipped inside their case whenever a case is included, with additional protective outer packaging appropriate for the journey.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and customs processing and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authority before purchasing if you are uncertain about possible import costs.

The full and accurate purchase value is declared on international shipping and customs documents.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package appears damaged when it arrives, please photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.

Retain the instrument, case, shipping box and all packing materials, and contact Guitar Salon Vadya immediately. Please do not return the shipment or arrange your own collection before receiving instructions, as this can complicate the carrier’s inspection and claim procedure.
