Schertler DAVID X 120W Acoustic Instrument Amplifier

The Schertler DAVID X is a premium three-channel amplifier designed for natural and detailed amplification of classical and acoustic guitars, other acoustic instruments and vocals.

Its 120-watt pure analogue, bi-amplified power section drives a 6-inch woofer and 1-inch dome tweeter. The optimized two-way bass-reflex cabinet delivers clear projection, excellent dynamics and a maximum sound-pressure level of 112 dB.

The DAVID X provides dedicated microphone and instrument inputs, together with a stereo input for a playback device. Phantom power supports compatible microphones and instrument pickups, while the integrated spring-style digital reverb adds natural ambience.

Schertler’s Class-A preamplifier uses no integrated circuits and no negative feedback, helping preserve the natural character, dynamics and transient response of the instrument.

Compact enough for rehearsals and studio use yet powerful enough for live performance, the DAVID X is made in Switzerland and available in dark wood or anthracite finishes.
