The Vadya Bass is a purpose-designed six-string acoustic contrabass guitar created to provide a powerful, defined and responsive low register.

Its extended 775 mm scale supports clear bass articulation, while the solid cedar top provides an immediate response and warm tonal character. Indian rosewood back and sides contribute depth, sustain and tonal richness.

Despite its extended scale, the 52 mm nut retains a familiar classical-guitar feel. It is a distinctive professional instrument for players who need a strong acoustic bass voice without leaving the classical-guitar family.

ABOUT THE VADYA BASS

The Vadya Bass was designed by Guitar Salon Vadya and is built for us by the Juan Hernández workshop in Spain.

Its construction, dimensions and materials were selected specifically for the acoustic contrabass register. The result combines Spanish guitar-making experience with a distinctive Vadya design developed for serious ensemble and professional use.
