Vasilis Vasileiadis 2025 Double-Top Concert Guitar
The Vasilis Vasileiadis 2025 Double-Top Concert Guitar is a masterpiece of modern lutherie, combining the warmth of a traditional Spanish guitar with the projection and dynamics of today’s finest double-tops. This model is slightly louder and significantly warmer than earlier guitars by Vasileis, thanks to the use of Nomex as the inner core of the top.
Crafted with a cedar outer soundboard and spruce/cedar double-top construction, this instrument offers a rich, thick, and warm tone with remarkable balance between sustain and projection. Unlike some German double-tops that can sound boomy with short sustain, the Vasileiadis approach remains close to the traditional Spanish sound while delivering the power and responsiveness that concert players demand.
Every detail reflects the artistry of a master luthier: the Ovagol (doubled with Pau Ferro), an Spanish Cedar neck reinforced with carbon tubes, and an elevated ebony fingerboard for effortless playability. The carved headstock, soundport, armrest, and elegant French shellac finish on the soundboard highlight the guitar’s luxurious craftsmanship.
This guitar is not only visually stunning but also perfectly set up for comfort and precision, making it ideal for both concert performances and professional recordings.
