THE LUTHIER

Yunah Park began studying classical guitar at the age of 16 in Seoul. After completing her first bachelor’s degree in Korea, she continued her performance studies at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Óscar Esplá in Alicante, Spain, under Nacho Rodes.

She later moved to Madrid and trained in traditional guitar making under Maestro Ángel Benito Aguado. Her work is grounded in the historic Spanish guitar tradition while responding to the projection and playability required by modern concert performers.

Her instruments aim to combine traditional warmth and tonal colour with supportive basses, flexible phrasing, comfortable fingerboards and sufficient projection for larger concert spaces.
